You can make a loan over our standard limits of 360 months by reaching out to our support team! Upon your request, we'll have one of our support team members manually create & edit your loan for you!
To do so:
- Create a placeholder loan with the individual you intend to make a loan with - the details of the loan do not matter.
- Then let us know the loan number you created and specify the loan details you want us to manually alter for your transaction.
- After we receive those details, we'll go in and alter the loan on your behalf. You'll then see those changes reflected in Pigeon on your account and you can review them before accepting.
Please keep in mind that loans made above our limits will become a Premium Loan and have an additional monthly or one-time fee associated with it.
Also note, that due to the complexities of usury laws, we cannot manually create loans for you above our 35% interest rate limit.
