We are back for another edition of your favorite monthly updates! The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and over here in the northern hemisphere, the summer spirit is in full swing. Bet on Black Pitch: Pigeon
To wrap up this month, you know we had to feature some of the buzz we made in the streets. Recently, we were featured on the 10K Project’s informational series: Bet on Black Pitch.
One of our co-founders, Brian, took the stage to present Pigeon to the 10K Project community. In his discussion with the 10K Project, Brian discussed how Pigeon can be used for positive change within minority and disenfranchised communities around the world. We took some time to discuss the ins and outs of Pigeon 's finances, and then concluded the party with a jam-packed Q&A session that brought to light a lot of the beauty built into our ecosystem.

Shoutout to the 10K Project as well, they are an awesome organization spearheaded by two powerhouse women, building a community aimed at supporting black-owned businesses financially. They are doing amazing work, connecting thousands of everyday African-Americans interested in untraditional investment opportunities to black-owned businesses. Their grassroots organization is building up the next generation of black entrepreneurs, giving them capital, and educating folks in hopes of creating a wealth of opportunity and financial growth for the black community.
